CMM Measurement
Coordinate Measuring Machine inspection for complex geometry, GD&T callouts, and tight-tolerance features. Full dimensional reports available on request.
Surface Finish Measurement
Profilometer verification of surface finish requirements down to 8 Ra and below. Critical sealing and mating surfaces are measured and documented.
Material Traceability
Full material certification traceability from mill cert to finished part. Every job is documented with material heat/lot numbers and certifications on file.
FAI Ready
First Article Inspection documentation prepared to customer requirements. We support full FAI packages including dimensional data, material certs, and process records.
